Comprised of eaux-de-vie aged between 30 and 130 years old, one must enjoy Paradis Impérial slowly, in order to fully appreciate the finesse of every single drop. This cognac of great stature is characterised by a great finesse. The floral notes return on the palate, unremittingly, continually revealing new tones of expression. The nose reveals itself with the freshness of the first flowers of summer, as the most subtle perfumes waft through the air with a faultless finesse: spring essences, jasmine and orange flower swirl in a bouquet of remarkable intensity. Only the most exceptional eaux-de-vie with the finest texture have been selected many years of aging have ensured the complexity and balance that can only be achieved through lengthy maturation. The incomparable brightness and light hue of Paradis Impérial are due to its remarkable composition. Paradis Impérial's subtle elegance can be seen in its light amber color and soft celadon reflections. It has a very subtle, very rich, and very smooth and velvety aroma."Inspired by the legend of an 1818 order of a unique blend of rare cognacs for Tsar Alexander I of Russia, Hennessy's Master Blender Yann Fillioux created Paradis Impérial in 2011. It’s subtle like that all the way down to the aftertaste. Hennessy Paradis is a very subtle cognac, and that’s why it’s so special. Hennessy Paradis is only produced from the best grapes – so it’s an extremely rare, hand-made, 100% pure cognac. Things become very interesting with Hennessy Paradis. It’s almost impossible to describe, it’s not easy to understand, it’s not easy to explain Hennessy Paradis Review: The moment you try to describe this cognac is the moment you stop tasting it. This cognac is too difficult to describe. It’s very light, very smooth, very light on the tongue, and has a very mild aftertaste. It has a very subtle aroma that’s not very strong and strong, but it’s definitely an ap-pearance. It’s sweet and smooth, with a very subtle yet pleasant aroma. Hennessy Paradis has a very smooth finish, the aftertaste is nice. The flavor has a sweet taste, a slight peach finish – you don’t taste a lot of peach in the Aftertaste itself, but you do in the aftertaste. Hennessy Paradis has a hint of peach, it’s very light on the palate, but it has a stunning aftertaste. It’s very pleasant and smooth, with an appealing after taste It’s really a smooth, light, sweet on the nose, smooth on the palate. Initially it’s a little bit sweet, but as you continue drinking it, it becomes a little bit more complex. Its smooth, with a beautifully subtle after taste and mild sweetness. This is a virtually un-approachable, rare, limited edition, hand-crafted 100% pure cognac, distilled from the finest grapes from Bordeaux. Hennessy Paradis is not incompatible with other wines. It’s also a nice drink to enjoy with other wines. COLLECTOR’S EDITION HENNESSY PARADIS For the first time, special editions of Hennessy X.O and Hennessy V.S.O.P inspired by Zhang Enli’s Poetry and Wine Welcome the Tiger will be accompanied by a collector’s edition of Hennessy Paradis, also inspired by this artwork for Chinese New Year. It is a very special and nice after dinner cognac. I can see Hennessy Paradis now on a cold winter’s evening – but, that’s not really its role. If you have Hennessy Paradis and some beers, you will have a very, very fine (and expensive) combination. I find it best paired with other cognacs that you really want to take on. Hennessy Paradis, because it is so rich and so complex, is best appreciated as an after dinner, or after an authentic fine meal, drink. It’s not quite so expensive, but it’s still very, very expensive. It’s a delightfully smooth, sophisticated digestif. It’s the perfect long drink on a very, very hot day – but, theres a certain delight value to it that you can shake it up with the best fruit spirits. I find Hennessy Paradis very, very pleasant.
